Based on the first script which got slashed,
Directly after Saw III's ending Jeff has to go trough a new game to get his daughter back alive, but fails when he gets killed in
"The Blender Trap"(scrapped trap in IV, used in VII).
I used Strahm scene to make it look like a new Jeff scene.
