I think that the RB2 got jill in jail..
My theory is that hoffman made someone or him self make an anonymous call about what happend and thus them finding jills finger prints.. Thats why theres blood on the bars because hoffman oviously captures her and puts her in the gokart thing..
if you look carefully jill is wearing a pink thing under her shirt while in jail just like whats shes wearing in the trap
