I would actually really appreciate it if any of you guys could help advertise the forum more. I want a heap load of lots of members and if you guys could help that would be awesome. Maybe you guys could advertise on sites like Forum Promotion, Omegle, and YouTube..if you could that would be appreciated.

You can advertise your forum in your sig and on the boards so yes. Just go in the box or else this room will forever be your tomb.

I recommend advertising your forum at places with members who can hold intelligent conversations and who share similar interests in your board theme.
For example, I don't think there are many Saw fans, or even horror fans in general, at the ProBoards Support Forum.
